Коли ви прибудете на кордон, ви (як зазвичай) підійдете на перевірку до працівника імміграційної служби, який запитає у вас кілька простих запитань стосовно ваших потреб. Ви повинні надати будь-які документи, що посвідчують вашу особу.

Вам буде надано 90-денний дозвіл на перебування в країні та додаткову інформацію про доступні варіанти для українців буде доступно на веб-сайті www.irishimmigration.ie протягом найближчих днів.

Якщо вам є де зупинитись, будь-ласка, підготуйте усю інформацію на цю тему. Де ви будете жити, хто вас приймає, ким вони вам приходяться, контактні дані. Це потрібно для того, щоб іміграційні офіцери розуміли ситуацію, тому не лякайтеся цих питань, а максимально допомогайте офіцеру усіма деталями.

When you arrive at the border, you will (as usual) go to the immigration border control, who will ask you a few simple questions about your needs. You must provide any proof of identity.

You will be given a 90-day residence stamp and additional information on available options for Ukrainians will be available on the website www.irishimmigration.ie  in the coming days.

If you have a place to stay, please prepare all the information on this topic. Where will you live, who hosts you, contact details. This is necessary for immigration officers to understand the situation, so do not be afraid of these questions, and help the officer as much as possible in all details.

Процес в аеропорту Дубліну / How does it work at the Dublin Airport

На даний момент, прибуття в Ірландію в аеропорту Дубліна відбувається наступним чином:

1. Ви проходите паспортний контроль;
2. Після паспортного контролю, Вас відведуть в будівлю старого терміналу або перевозять в центр розселення CityWest.
3. В CityWest вам можуть надати (а також в центрах Intreo) фрму для заповнення Вашої інформації (Ім’я, прізвище, дата народження, Ваші діти, з якими Ви прибули) для отримання PPSN (аналог українського ідентифікаційного коду). З PPSN Ви зможете отримувати фінансову допомогу.
   1. Для дорослих та дітей форми відрізняються;
   2. В аеропорту Вам допоможуть перекладачі-волонтери;
4. Після заповнення форми, Ви віддаєте її працівникам Intreo, які випишуть для Вас PPSN, а також оформлять соціальну допомогу; Також вам видадуть листа від Department of Justice (так званий “жовтий папірець”);
5. Після отримання PPSN, у вас є дві опції: a. Ви вільні їхати туди, де вас приймають родичі, друзі, і тд. b. Ви можете звернутися до працівників соціальної служби, які організують Вам житло, та трансфер до нього;

Якщо ви прибули до 9 березня і у ви не отримали PPS numeber та лист від Department of Justice ви можете прийти в старий термінал аеропорта Дубліну або у найближчий центр допомоги українським сім’ям Intreo. Currently, the arrival to Ireland at the Dublin Airport is as follows:

1. You pass the passport control;
2. After the passport control, you will be taken to the building of the old terminal (Location)
3. You are given a form to fill in your information (Name, surname, date of birth, your children with whom you came) to obtain a PPSN (similar to the Ukrainian identification code). With PPSN you will be able to receive social welfare.
4. For adults and children the forms are different;
5. Volunteer translators will help you at the airport;
6. After filling out the form, you should give it to the Intreo employees, who will issue a PPSN for you, as well as register you for the social welfare payments; You will also be issued a letter from the Department of Justice (so-called “yellow paper”);
7. After receiving the PPSN, there are two options: a. you are free to go if you have a place to stay b. you can contact the social workers who organize your hotel and transfer to it if you don’t have any accommodation; If you arrived before March 9 and did not receive a PPS number and a letter from the Department of Justice, you can come to the old terminal of Dublin Airport or to the nearest Intreo Ukrainian Family Assistance Center.
